Doe Instant Pot Slow Cooker setting turn out good?

I suggest you Google for some information.  From what I learned....I-Pot is not good for slow cooking b/c the lid has to be on tight to operate and that restricts the loss of liquid - moisture.  Expert article said best to use crockpot for slow cooking.

I use mine all of the time for crock pot cooking. So much that I have donated my crock pot. I leave the lid in the non pressure setting and everything has come out the same as in the crock. 

I read to "buy" another lid. I used another lid for a pot of chili and decided

     there was no difference with that lid than the ipot lid

     if i needed to use another lid, i will use one of the multi size lids I have from my cooks essentials.

 

Bottom line, I love it as a crock pot as do a few seasoned cooks in my family.

Good Idea using PC top Instead of glass one probably makes the big diff-
