I bought

Primula 2.7-qt Tritan Pitcher with Fruit Infusion & Cold Brew, but it didn;t come with any instructions----just the pitcher in a box. Not sure how much coffee to put in it. Do you heat it in the microwave then to get the benefit of a smoother taste, but like hot coffee better than iced?

i have this item.

lock the coffee insert into place

add 4 heaping scoops of ground coffee

fill with cold water until coffee is covered or more

put in fridge overnight

take the insert out

enjoy the coffee your way

some may use more or less coffee determined by desired strength and type of coffee used.

Cold brew means not heated.

I use the Cold Brew Liquid Pods (Amazon) and pour it into a cup of hot water!  Hot coffee!

On that cool morning, add a Pod of Hot Cocoa.  Instant Latte!

I don't have a designated cold brew pitcher.  I picked up some mesh drawstring bags on Amazon to hold my grounds.  I process my beans to a coarse grind and add them to the bag.  Put the bag in a half gallon mason jar and fill with water.  Refrigerate and let it brew 18-24 hrs.  For a faster brew, let it sit on the counter instead for 12-16 hrs.

Cold brew coffee is supposed to be low acid coffee!

That's why I tried it.....still use iit because I live it!

I have never made my own.  I buy the pods.
