Do You Use Dorie Greenspan Cookbooks?

I am trying to weed out cookbooks and Dorie Greenspan is taking up quite a bit of shelf space.  But I never reach for them.

They are highly rated, but I just don't use mine.  Do you have recipes you love from those?

@Imaoldhippie She is one of the most famous cookbook authors and has won more awards for cookbooks than about any other these days.  James Beard award winner, Agricultural Merit from the French government for her outstanding writing on the foods of that country, and on and on.

My SIL is the baker of the family and uses some of her recipes.  I've looked through Ms. Greenspan's books and the recipes appear to be well-constructed and look delicious.  My SIL served brownies made from one of her recipes, they were fudgy and moist.

@deepwaterdotter Yes, I've only used a few recipes from each one, and they are substantial books.  Thanks for the recommendation!  I'll revisit those!

I have to agree with several others here who have never heard of her and I've been scouring cookbook shelves my entire life and I have almost all first edition Julia Child books.  I'll have to look up Ms. Greenspan.
