@millieshops We are having grilled lamb chops tonight for dinner. I love them and they are a staple around here.
Los like we both have good taste..no pun intended.

@Nightowlz wrote:Not here either. I was out yesterday looking for a Butterball turkey breast. They did not have any fresh or frozen turkey breasts. They had boneless turkey breasts & whole turkeys.
Thanksgiving is only a couple weeks away so wonder if they will get any in?
Must be an Oklahoma thing???
@Nightowlz I guess it is! I stopped at a Neighborhood Market today and they only had frozen but at least they did have some nice looking frozen natural breasts.
I hadn't been there in more than a year. They have remodeled and have wine now! LOL!! I had to get a ham for some beans for COLD weather tomorrow. A real crisis not to have beans on a cold day!!!! And cornbread.

My grocery store had frozen boneless turkey breasts on sale this week their brand, i didn't get it but they are well stocked with baking items & butter on sale. I didn't see any turkeys just the frozen breasts but Thanksgiving is late this year and 4 weeks later is Christmas. Just the two of us (I think) so a breast is enough. Now since Christmas is 4 weeks later what do I do? No turkey got to figure that out.

@sissel How about a bone in standing rib roast? You won't need many ribs for two and it is E A S Y to roast and so delicious!

@Sooner I never cooked a rib roast but think for Christmas I will heard it's easy & beef & potatoes he loves. Thanks that is Christmas I still want my leftover turkey sandwich after Thanksgiving, got to be on white bread with mayo salt & pepper and I am in heaven.
