Evidently Montel WIlliams needs to pad his pockets even more than they already are. We were disgusted yesterday when a lady called in to ask if the recipe book that comes with his appliance was sold separately because she bought a machine last year and the book wasn't available then. Good customer service would have been to send her a book. She sounded elderly and was very sweet. He suggested that she give hers away and buy a new one to get the book. When she explained she couldn't afford it he just kind of dismissed her.
