Either homemade chicken pot pie or beef stew from the deli on this snow-stormy day.

My fridge is full for the week.

I am also in the mood to bake a cake as I am snowbound until at least tomorrow. Maybe yellow or carrot.

All the dinners posted here sound delish!

I'm trying a new recipe today - Slow Cooker French Onion Soup

with cheese toasts. It's on the Slenderkitchen.com website. (They have a lot of free recipes; they also have a paid service, a menu subscriber list, but I'm not on that.)

Homemade pizza. For some reason I ended up with 3 cans of refrigerated pizza dough so I decided to use one tonight!

We’re on the road this afternoon so we ate our big meal at lunchtime today, before we left - a big dinner salad with grilled chicken. We have an assortment of legal snacks with us, in case we feel like a little something on the ride.
