Re: Did Someone See that Bread Maker

I have the Zojirushi bread machine that makes small loaves. It is the perfect size for me and it is very easy to use. It is a highly rated brand that has been reliable. The good thing about home baked breads are that you control the ingredients and there are no preservatives.

Thanks for all your interesting input about your own experiences.  The only thing that makes me hesitate is that I know I will eat way too much fresh bread with a ton of butter on it.

Will wait for the reviews.

@CLEM - My thoughts too!  I was thinking, oooohhh...homemade bread....great smell in the house....very comforting....oops.....come summer, I'd be cursing the machine when I try to squeeeeeeze into my capris!!  Or any other clothes for that matter!!!

That is the brand I have in the "mini" because I just cook for myself.  I had a bread machine from QVC years ago, but after the kids weren't here I stopped using it.  Bought the mini Zo. a little over two years ago and have never used store-bought bread since then.  I like the small loaf and never have to waste any.  So easy to make and no preservatives.

Zo's are the very best!!!!  Just a tip:  add a little potato flour to make a softer texture to any bread loaf.

However, the Zojirushi bread machines are pretty expensive compared to other brands. All of their products are expensive.

I seen a mixer that was out of this world high. Like 700. Probably

just for commercial use, though.
