Re: Debbie Meyer Green Boxes

I have used her bags for years and they work for me. I throw far less produce away since I found these. I also have found that if you put a paper towel in the bottom of the bag for items like potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes that it works to stop the moisture build up inside the bag. I fold the ends of the bag over-never tie it shut. The other thing I like is that each bag gives you multiple uses.

I use a Lock&Lock for other things like diced onions. I simply don't have the space in my refrig or cabinets for all those containers.

Has anyone had any luck with the Fenugreen FreshPaper products? There comes in sheets and you place one sheet inside the bag or container and it is claimed that they definitely keep produce fresh longer.
