I watch the show all the time and not one of the hosts talks with their mouths FULL. First, they only take a small taste bite not a full big bite. They don't have enough food in there to be FULL. Also, David has mentioned when he needs to talk he sometimes puts the food that's in his mouth in his cheek so he can continue talk. Plenty of times they just let the vendor talk so they can swallow.
