Okay, getting tired of all of these comments about all of the hosts talking with their mouths full.

I seriously doubt you mean "full." You mean with food in their mouths, like most all of us do around the family table. I'm sure you aren't guilt-free of this either.

Have any of you considered this ? Just like radio, TV can't have dead air time? That means quiet air time? That's a killer for radio, as well as TV.

Some conversation has to continue at all times on live TV. So, they can't just eat, chew, swallow in silence. If no one else, like the vendor or a helper isn't speaking, they have to.

I've never seen any person gross me out while tasting food on the Q.

I think all of you who makes these statements are just cruising for something negative to say, especially about David since he is on air the most with food.

Film yourselves around your dinner table every week for a year and show us your table manners, then come back her and post after we critique you.

I always clear my throat and swallow before speaking. Maybe smaller bite's and,a few PARDONS ?

I only get turned off watching host EAT DINNER FOOD when in the morn IT IS BREAKFAST or some do the low morning belch......

Even at that it is not enough to get frantic and all worked up over. Host are human when it comes to eating.

Alot of other things the host do ticks me off far more .

I love David. Died laughing the other day when Carolyn was eating Emeril's food and did the happy dance. I thought 'boy, she's in trouble now'. LOL

Aww, disappointed because yet another nasty thread about a host was poofed in its tracks, so you had to start another one?

If he was spraying food on the vendor rep, I would probably object. But I don't think he does, he manages to keep it all in his mouth and we can't see it, so not really a problem.

What they eat, what they say never much bothers me. But I almost never am sitting down watching and listening.

I like David - probably wouldn't watch kitchen and food with another host and I assume that's why when I do watch, I just don't notice what bothers some others.

Carolyn was doing the same thing with the cheesecake TSV. She couldn't stop "tasting" each and every one several times. When calls came in, it didn't stop her, she talked with her mouth full.

I never watch food shows, have no interest in them at all. But I had fallen asleep for hours and then woke up when it was still fairly early in the evening, and turned it on to see if it would help me fall asleep again. I did not want to watch a show that would have spiked my interest and kept me awake me for hours.

Don't these people realize how disgusting this looks? It surely doesn't make me want to buy the food.

I swear, no matter what subject, certain posters are going to pick it to death.
