Are these "visits" outside the Q successful?  Perhaps it brings Rachel Ray viewers over to QVC?

I think it's more about making RR more successful.

Brings her viewers to the Q to buy her products.

I think that it works for both of them. Even though we are QVC shoppers, there are many people who have never purchased from them. It's a win win, the Q gets more potential shoppers and Racheal seller more of her merchandise.
