First of all, I think you mean where temperature is adjustable, NOT whare.  I agree about the 5 degree increments, I have a NuWave that I love so I tried to go cheap and get the Aldi version when it was on sale around Christmas and it has 10 degree increments and is very hard to get just the right temp.  I also believe there are various wattage models of the NuWave.  I'd suggest going with the highest watt you can.
