Cut on Temp-tations?

I'm thinking about ordering the Temp-tations baking sheet/platter that's on clearance(K36377). During the presentation, they show a pizza baked and served on it, which looks great but I'm wondering if you can use a knife or pizza cutter directly on a Temp-tations piece. Will it make marks on it?
