I have a few of his pans and I know they are non stick but I am having trouble getting things to brown...specifically hash browns...I fried some tonight and it took 30+ minutes to fry and honestly I would have preferred them to be fried a bit better but the steaks were done so we ate them.  I kept feeling I should add more oil/butter.

They were not bad, I just prefer crispier...any tips would be appreciated.

Those came from a small business out of Memphis, Tennessee. It is  nobodylower dot com. They buy open box items and sell as "Remanufactured", because once the box has been open it cannot be sold as new. He also sell on Amazon, eBay, and through the previously mentioned website. No shipping both ways. They have a lot of Wolfgang Puck items also.. You can get some great prices..
