I don't think they are any better than those you get at Sam's or Costco.

They are fabulous. Actually they were so fabulous I ate more than I should have.

Get your croissants in the freezer dept at Trader Joe's. You can't beat the price. They are great.

I agree.   Williams-Sonoma has great frozen croissants also. But pricier than TJ and you have to thaw overnight and then cook in the morning.

I love these so much and have ordered 3 times but I can't justify the 70.00 bucks anymore. It's too much.

Traders Joe has some good croissants in the bread section and didn't know they had some in the freezer section. If I ever get there again I will check it out.

If they're still the same as when they first started having them, they're good.  Smiley Happy    I still have some that I had vac-sealed in twosies, from several years ago, as there were so many in an order that I can't use them that quickly.  But they vac-seal well and will stay good for very long.

But my favorite variety of these was the ones that had half of them filled with raspberry and half filled with lemon.  I got those on AD but they killed it halfway through my AD and I've never seen them again.  Smiley Sad   If they still had those I'd still be purchasing them.

thanks everyone for you input!  I may try Authentic Gourmet.  The nearest Trader Joes is an hour away.  But if I ever get that way, I may try theirs.

I have tried the ones from Q, TJ and Costco.  Never tried from Sam's.

The ones from Q were by far the lightest and most flaky of all.  A true croissant, not a roll.
