Wondering if any instructions came with the croissants? My dear husband opened the box when they arrived and put them in the freezer, thank goodness but threw away everything that came with it. Bill and if there was any instrucitons.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Haven't had them in years, but if I remember right it's 30min @ 350* in oven; but if using toaster oven they suggest 20min @ 350*, but keep an eye on them.

Never open oven before end of baking time.

Don't open the oven door while they are baking.

@crazy4bears  If I remember the instructions came inside the bag.  If they are the large croissants by Authentic Gourmet, here are the ones I scanned in from the one that I saved when mine arrived.

Just ignore the blue, I just covered up some notes that don't pertain to the instructions.

Everyone has provided good information here, so I'll just add two notes: 1) Do not thaw the croissants—always bake them from frozen. 2) Bake the croissants until the "stripes" on top are a bit more brown than you might think they should be, or they could still be doughy inside. The butter will cause the croissants to look fairly dark in places when they are finally cooked through. If I'm baking more than four croissants at a time, it always takes me at least the 30 minutes listed on the package (at 350).

Good luck!

They look absolutely delicious when I have seen them in food segments. Are they as good as they look? Personally, I cannot be trusted near them. (one package = one serving. Like GS cookies!)  But our good friends spent last New Years in Paris and still miss the croissants they enjoyed daily. Thought these might be a nice surprise for them. Just have not “done my own research.” 😋 Thoughts? Thanks, in advance.🥐

@Ifeelwicked  They are wonderful and you won't be dissapointed.

It took me a few times to get to the correct time to cook, but once you have the correct amount of minutes (I think it depends on your oven), they are wonderful and smell so good while cooking.
