Covered Baker

I have seen a lot of talk about a certain catalog cookware company that sells a covered baker that can be used to quickly cook it seems about anything. It says you can "roast" a chicken in the microwave, or bake chicken breasts in the microwave that they come out great. Can any of the Temp-tations with the lid-it be used like that? Any recipes? The Other covered baker is ridiculously expensive! I recently purchased the new lid-it set and was wondering if this is something I can try with my Temp-tations.
