I've eaten couscous in restaurants, but it's not something I usually fix at home. Recently I prepared some couscous according to the basic directions on the package -- let it sit till fluffy in boiling, salted water with a little butter and EVOO. It was OK, but pretty bland and a little on the dry side. How do YOU prepare couscous? What do you put in it to make it flavorful and interesting?
