Re: Counter top ice cube maker

@ChiliPepper  Thank you so much. We really need the prayers & hugs  today. He is so miserable and I have to make that awful decision if he doesn't go on his own, which is what we're praying for. He hates the car and the vet and I don't want that to be his last memory. But I can see his suffering is more the last few days. I can't let it go on too long. After all the joy he's given me, I hope I can do this part right. Sorry to put this all here, I know it's not the pet forum.

Thank you, again. Your kindness means so much.Heart

@Renata22

I know what you mean, I went through it last Fall with my Sissy.

It is a gut wrenching decision but it is merciful sometimes if they are suffering.

I love all animals, even those I have never met. I will continue to pray for him & strength for you.

@ChiliPepper  Thank you. You sound like me. Animals have always been very loved, to the point of craziness.

Sorry about your Sissy. Heart I've been through it many times but this one is the hardest, for some reason.

Thank you!

She/they are how I got through the isolation of lockdown during the height of Covid.

Blessings for your pup!

Time to head home soon & fire up the ice maker!

I do love that thing!

@Renata22  My heart breaks for you.  I lost my Ozzy after 21 years.  He was truly a family member.  I pray God will reach down with his comforting arms and wrap both of you in them to get you through this time.  Prayers.

@eadu4  I'm sorry you went through this, it's so hard. We are still trying to make the horrible decision to bring him or not. He is getting worse and I guess we need to so  he doesn't suffer all night. Thank you for your prayers, I am honored by your response. Heart

Re: Counter top ice cube maker

@ChiliPepper I can't tell you how much it means that you check with me about my baby. We decided late last night that the suffering was just too much. He was miserable and getting worse. We brought him to the e.r. vet and he passed a little after midnight. We are so broken hearted and will miss that silly little puppy so much. He was one of a kind. We are so thankful he is not suffering any more.

Thank you so much for your kindness. Heart

I'm so, so very sorry!

It's an awful thing to go through but it sounds like you did the right thing for your sweet boy.

He went knowing he was loved & well cared for.

He will always be with you in your heart.

Prayers for comfort for you & your family.

@ChiliPepper Thank you.Heart Just missing him so much today. The house is so quiet without him. His brother is wondering where he is. It'll get better, I know.
