Thank you, Turtle. I just put my readers on and looked exactly where you said directions were listed...sure enough, there they are just as you posted. Man...is that print tiny. I thought it was talking about something else, lol. I see your point about cost for this Costco breast, and so right about it being solid not paying for waste. Happy Thanksgiving!

for those who have the costco turkey breast... has it been filled full of water flavor enhancers and salt?? I do not want something that tastes like lunch meat...

The instrucitons are on the package above the Kirkland logo.  You just have to squint or put on your readers to see it!!  LOL
