I saw that is one of the items in the coupon book this month. Maybe I should pick some up and at least try it? The benefits sound to be worth it.You can buy a single container to try. Sold at trader joes and many grocery stores. I like it super super chilled. It's not sweet. Hard to describe the flavor. And I drink it for the major benefits. It's pretty amazing that it is used in emergencies, intravenously, in 3rd world countries where coconuts are readily available. Figure the benefits offset any "damage" done by our enjoyment of red wine, martini's, or margaritas ;-) Costco is really good about returns, even food type items. If you don't like it, return the remaining cartons and they will give you a full refund.

I only want one flavor, and the Pacific Bold is my favorite.
Pharmacy -- you can call and get a price quote for comparison. I have a friend who gets all his cat's meds at Costco.

We love Kirkland's ice cream! It's really creamy. But we live in Lancaster County, PA, home of Turkey Hill! Personally I think Kirkland's is actually better but the Kirkland container is so big and hard to store so we don't get it unless we have a party.
And you have to like vanilla as I think that's the only flavor, at least around here. But I love vanilla!!

I only started to drink the coconut water recently after reading about the benefits and several friends that are health nuts recommended. I like to buy at costco b/c they sell the smaller individual cartons when they have the coupon sale, usually every 2-3 months. Keep in the refrigerator as you want to drink it cold.On 7/24/2014 Chi-town girl said: Our fav "food only" Costco items include: the roasted chicken-a weekly "must", bananas, organic blueberries, bagged almonds, walnuts, and peanuts in shell (we bring our own to baseball games), bagels (slice and freeze), coconut water (purchase when they have sale coupon), coffee beans (we grind fresh at home), wine, and during summer, the wild/line caught fish like salmon and ahi tuna. Like the gourmet cheese selections, but such large sizes, so typically just for parties and holidays. How is the coconut water? Suzanne Somers talked about the health goodness of coconut and then I saw it in the sale brochure. I don't like to purchase something I am unfamilar with in case I don't like it.
I take it you are from the Chicago land area....I live in the southwest suburbs!
I'd love a review on the coconut water....I'll be going to Costco next week. Thanks!
Thanks, I'll have to try the coconut water even if I just use it in my protein shakes!....I grew up near Midway airport; 64th and Knox and my husband is from 65th and Central. I am also a Cubs fan and it's very challenging these days!

The hard boiled eggs are in the section where they have the prepared dinners, packaged cheeses, etc. Great bargain. As far as the coconut water-yuk! They had a demo one day and I almost spit it out. As far as the Jimmy Dean sandwiches go, I like them and have one for breakfast occasionaly. As far as wine goes, they offer Stella Rosa for about$5 cheaper than the grocery store. I use the Stella Rosa red as a basis for my sangria. As far as the wine and beer go there, though, you do have to know your prices as Costco sometimes is higher on some varieties.

Recently they have had a frozen 3 cherry mix that is dynomite (although not organic). The addition of the sour cherries makes that sweet one that much sweeter. I love snacking on these frozen.
I love their organic half gallon Half & Half
I Always check their clothes....can't beat their prices when they have something you like. And sometimes have great books.
I used to buy the box of Detour protein bars but they have not had them for a few weeks. The good and bad...they rotate products seasonally and to see what will sell better.

I went to Costco after work today with the intention of buying a pack of 50/50 bacon burgers. They were out. Based on your suggestions, I got:
Kirkland Tuna (looking for recipes, please
)
Salted Caramel Macadamia Clusters
Kirkland Breakfast Blend K-Cups
Pesto
Cheese
Thanks again, everyone! Keep them coming!

I went to Costco today and mine was out of Kirkland bacon ![]()
I wish I'd gotten the vanilla ice cream, I've never tried it. Although I forgot to buy ziplock bags so maybe I'll go back tomorrow and get the ice cream after all lol.
