All Purpose Flour, Unsifted***** All Purpose Flour, sifted

1 T = 1/4 oz************************** 1/4 c = 1 oz

1/4 c = 1 1/4 oz*********************** 1/3 c = 1 1/4 oz

1/3 c = 1 1/2 oz************************1/2 c = 2 oz

1/2 c = 2 1/2 oz************************ 2/3 c = 2 3/4 oz

2/3 c = 3 1/4 oz************************ 3/4 c = 3 oz

3/4 = 3 1/2 oz************************** 1 c = 4 oz

1 c = 5 oz

Bread Flour, Sifted*************** Bread Flour, Unsifted

1/4 c = 1 1/4 oz********************** 1/4 c = 30 grams

1/3 c = 1 3/4 oz********************** 1/3 c = 40 grams

1/2 c = 2 1/2 oz********************** 1/2 c = 60 grams
