I have tried the recipe that finishes in the oven and I thought it made for MUCH more flavorful corned beef.

Enjoy!

My mother always finished her corned beef in the oven, so I never had it any other way until I was an adult and moved away from home.

I still prefer oven-finished.

I will NEVER AGAIN cook corned beef any way but this way!

The single change I made was using "reduced sodium" corned

beef, and it was STILL very salty but absolutely PERFECT.

ALSO- the recipe was amazing in every detail. Even EASY CLEAN UP!
