Just looked at the items for David's show on Sunday and they will have an 9.5 inch copper chef pan.  The one in the infomercial with Eric Theiss says its an 8.5 inch pan and its more money.  The presentation should be interesting.  I figured this pan would come to the Q eventually.

Re: Copper Chef Pan

[ Edited ]

@WORKING GAL   I think the one Eric sells is not really copper but is copper colored.  It doesn't even look  like real copper.  It's just an ordinary deep, square pan, probably no different than what is already in everyone's kitchen.  It's just a gimmick.

Not a bit of copper, just an aluminum pan with non-stick coating and induction plate.  What a rip-off.

I never implied that the pan was made of copper - just that it is called Copper Chef pan like th infomercial.  I was referring to the fact that QVC will be offering a Copper Chef pan.  Another "post" said that she loved the pan.  If it performs as stated, that's all I would care about.

I didn't think for the price that it would be copper.

It's called Copper Chef Pan, but isn't made of copper, just colored copper.  That sounds like false advertisement.

Do you think so?

I wish it had two small handles instead of one small and one long handle.  I use only my counter top oven, and due to the long handle, this pan won't fit.  If it did, I'd probably give it a try.

as I said, the pan is the bomb. it does everything as advertised. its my go-to pan and the size/shape is wonderful. if I only could have one pan, this is IT.

don't know, don't care if its real copper or not. it looks gorgeous and performs perfectly and clean up is a snap.

Re: Copper Chef Pan .......AND I MISSED IT?

The ONE item I was definitely interested in and it's presented when I am away from TV and all other devices.

I was gone all day, so when I returned home I did what I usually do.......I checked "ITEMS RECENTLY ON AIR" and low and behold there is the COPPER CHEF PAN I want!  I placed the order "ON WAITLIST"..........?????

I watched the video of the presentation and just at the end David was saying how it was sold out, advanced orders were sold out......he was saying something about "I'm sure this will".........AND THEN THE VIDEO STOPPED>>>>>>>  Did anyone hear what David's comment was.....I'm hoping he was telling Eric that he's sure it will be popular and presented again.  Eric seemed surprised that it was sold out so quickly.  The video presentation was ~ 12 minutes and I think 10,000 pans were sold.

I haven't ordered any "waitlist" items......... I'm hoping this one will be delivered, anybody out there have a clue?

They can probably get around any false advertising since it is "copper" in color, hence the name copper chef pan.  What is confusing is that the infomercial shows that it is 8.5 inch (arrow points to the bottom of pan) and QVC's info states it is 9.5 inch.

Did anyone notice the online info for the pan says that there is only a 60 day ltd.warranty.  For that money there should be a lifetime warrantee or at least a lot longer than 60 days.  They've got to be kidding.  I noticed that there was no mention of that fact mentioned in QVC's presentation.  I think I'll wait and see what the reviews are after people have used it for quite a while.
