I was absolutely appalled when I posted on David Venable's Facebook page regarding the quality of the "colorware" Cooks Essentials cookware sets that they offer (both in stainless and in hard anodized.) I at first looked for an E-Mail address to contact him directly but when I realized QVC did not offer that, I felt I had no choice but to try to make contact via his Facebook group.
I commented about how cheap the quality of the cookware is (I just received mine days ago), the pans are so light they don't even sit up straight on the burner unless you fill them with something and they are so thin a strong person can literally (as Mary Beth would say lol) bend the pans in half and also...the "colorware", "literally" scrapes right off the pan...I used a spoon in my pan the other day and the color of my pan is already gone! This is not the quality that QVC previously has had with their cookware from years back, the stuff was so thick you could kill a home intruder with a frying pan!
So I go back onto the Facebook group a few hours late and POOF!!!...my post is gone and I wasn't nasty or anything, it was basically just feedback asking them to do better. Between the forums and the host's Facebook pages, you can't post anywhere without being in fear that your post will be deleted simply because someone else doesn't agree or like what you wrote, not to mention the net nanny's who troll the forums 24/7 (with tends of thousands of posts) who always have something negative to say about someone.
I have contacted corporate office to report the conduct of both the forums and the hosts Facebook pages as I will not tolerate being treated like this by a company that I give my money to any longer.
