Cooks Essentials Pressure Cooker No rack ?? are you serious?

I purchased the CE 4 qt pressure cooker along with Bob Warden's cookbook the majority of the recipes call for a rack to lift meats and etc up while cooking , QVC doesnt offer this ! ...Why ? Bob even talked about it when I watched the presenatation
