I purchased my Intellichef oven about four years ago. Love the product. A couple of years ago I loaned it my sister.

While at her house this summer, I decided to change it from microwave to oven. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove the plastic circle that sits in the bottom of the oven on the gears that drives the turntable. I melted the piece, now the turntable does not work.

I'm wondering if anyone else who bought the Intellichef oven has had to have any parts replaced or repairs done. I have not been able to find out from OVC who the manufacturer was so that I can contact them to purchase the piece.

Any help out there?
