LOL I got closet full of small appliances that I store. pressure cookers, bread machines.

Cost more to send back then what U paid for it. I'd hang onto it and work with it. Unless you really need the money.

You'd seriously pay $50 to keep an item you don't want rather than pay $6.95 to return it?  I don't think I follow that logic.

I figured it would be around 15.00.

Use the QVC return label.  I think it is still $6.95 deducted from your refund plus if you paid for shipping that is not refunded.

I'd have even paid $15 to send back instead of $50 to keep and take up storage space.  I return very few items and when I do it's worth it to me to pay the shipping and cut my losses and cut my useless clutter down.

Re: Cooks Essential s/2 Electric Mandaline

I used mine today for the first time and what a beautiful job it did on the cukes, onions, and cubanelles.  As someone who did serious damage with a manual mandoline and ended up with a very serious injury and many stitches, this is wonderful.  My salad for my supper club tonight looks beautiful.

I was concerned about storing all of the pieces, but I have an old Rubbermaid container with a lid that I have not used in years.  I should have gotten rid of it a long time ago, but all of the pieces fit perfectly into the container.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!
