Cooks Essential Cordless electric knife

I ordered in Nov  for use carving turkey.  We used for Christmas also.  Haven't used

since until last week when my son cooked a brisket and pulled the knife out to use and

it no longer works.  We tryed charging some more but still no coming on.  This was such a waste of money.  It was great the three times we used it.  I'll stick to the cord ones they

are cheaper and I've had mine over 20 years.  Don't waste your money.

I stay far away from most things cordless.  Even my computer mouse - give me that cord that fits an electrical outlet just fine.

My electric knife is over 40 years old and still buzzing.

@justbja @First, you can call your credit card company. Second, the knife has a one year warranty. I just checked it here on the website.
