I've been using my pressure cooker each weekend trying to use it enough to get the cooking time downs and have seen some recipes that call for dry red wine, Ive never used wine to cook with and really don't konw much about wine at all, any suggestions on what kind to use? I've read that it brings out the flavor of beef , I'm cooking a roast right now so it would be too late for this time but maybe next time I cook a roast or maybe stew I would like to try it.
Would you even put it in stew at all?
