Cookies by Design

Just placed my 1st order with a store and couldn't be happier. Yes, they are expensive but the service is exceptional.

Everything is baked in the individual stores by scratch. Each store is franchised so you are supporting the people who own them.

Looked at Cheryl's and Mrs Fields but I liked the fact the store was within miles of my recipients location, getting fresh baked cookies and I'm just not talking to an order taker.

Also signed up online and received the 10% off.

Just not in the cards to actually bake and send cookies so that wasn't an option. I also called a local bakery that would service that area but they wanted to charge me $45 for delivery since it was 23 miles away and they don't ship.

Has anyone ever sent or received cookies from these people?
