Made dough for cookies last night, wrapped it and put it in the fridge. Today baked 1/2 of the dough. Question is,,,would it make a difference if I froze the dough or baked the cookies and froze them? One other time I baked the cookies from the dough having been refridgerated and they just seemed a bit different than baking from absolutely fresh soft dough. Maybe my imagination??? I'd love to hear your opinions on this. Thanx
