Hi! I just want to say that I bought a set of Cook's Essentials several years ago. I'm not thrilled with the quality and have had to send pieces back for replacement. They didn't have the 'exact' piece that I returned and sent me a different, close- to- it piece. Example....I returned the 1 qt and 2 qt sauce pans and they replaced them with 1 and 2 qt. pans with the small handles. No big deal then, but now I find myself needing to replace THOSE pans as well as a couple others. The non stick finish comes off! ...and I do NOT use metal utensils, even though they say you can. So I want to know...since I have a lot of mis-matched pieces, can I sent the whole set back so I end up with a complete set? They do honor the 'lifetime warranty' but I don't get back the same pieces I send in. Any suggestions?
