Cook's Essentials Slow Cooker Settings

I have their 6 QT oval Pressure cooker with a Slow cooking setting. I'd like to do some Slow cooking but it does not have the high or low settings like Slow cookers have. How do you know how long to cook? Could it be just set at High or Low? Please help. Thanks.
