I called QVC customer support yesterday 12/31/10 to find out how to have my 2 piece stainless steel fry pans replaced along with my 3 piece hard-coat enamel frypans replaced. The reason is they have "LOST" their ability to be non stick anymore. The QVC Rep. was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed to send my pans back to have replaced or refunded, but I have to pay to send them back "WHAT"??
It will cost me a small fortune, now I'm thinking is it worth it or should I toss them.I asked the Rep. you can't sent me a label or re-fund me shipping costs,no we don't do that.Geeze.I am so disappointed in Cook's Essentials I will no longer buy another piece of their cookware. My aunt had the same problem with her cookware they all warped and lost their ability to be non stick as well and they replaced all of hers but she couldn't remember if they paid to ship them or not she thinks they did and that was about 2 yrs ago. Also I never put mine in the dishwasher and never used those cooking sprays,I treated them with TLC and they have failed me.
I'm now thinking of trying out Rachael Ray's cookware.
Anyone else have this problem with shipping and cook's Essential's?
Thanks so much.......
