I just received my bread machine, and I'm having a problem knowing when to use the 2-2.5 # pan as opposed to the 2 - 1# loaf pans.
I just made my first bread which called for 3 cups of flour, and it said to use the 1.5# pan so I used the larger single pan. Now the bread is lopsided, and seems to be almost all on 1 end.
How much flour can you safely use in the 1# pans? I read somewhere, a LONG time ago, that there is a limit to how much flour can be used in each sized pan.
Can someone help me?
A second problem is - can I use only 1 of the 1# pans and fill the other with water? Or can I make a diff kind of bread in each pan as long as they use the same cycle?
