I had an issue with this product shortly after receiving it. Calling the 800 # provided with the pressure cooker was useless because a recording was all I could get and stated an email address for contacting customer service.
I then called QVC customer service for help. To shorten explanation of this disaster, QVC sent a request to the manufacturer for a replacement piece and I waited for 7 days to get a response from the manufacturer. This all started on July 30 and today, August 6, I finally get an email response back from the manufacturer that they are no longer in business and have not been in business since JULY 1, 2013. Speaking with QVC customer service just now, they did not (supposedly) know that this company was no longer in business. How did they not know this?!
I cannot believe that they did not know this....I am totally speechless, yet extremely upset.
