@Sooner Do you brew these loose leaf?

@cindyNC These yes I do.  I do keep bags for when I am in a hurry but these I brew.

I made a 4-cup pot this morning and had a small cup hot and saved the rest for iced tea.  I actually made it in an Upton Tea pot with a metal filter, so it was easy.

Thoughtful review, @Sooner ; thanks.  At the moment I am addicted to Yorkshire Gold but am keeping an open mind.

@Bookplate That's good too!  Did you ever watch The Last of The Summer Wine about the old guys and gals in Yorkshire?  It has been on PBS and was on for a long long time on tv in England.

If you find it catch an episode and see what you think!  Great characters on that show and lots of Yorkshire tea!

Yes, @Sooner I have seen all the episodes they have shown over here!

@deeva

I had to look at the Upton site for descriptions.

Golden Monkey:

The ultra-bold, carefully twisted leaves of this outstanding Yunnan province black tea are fragrant with the aroma of rich cocoa. This cocoa note is also prominent in the velvety smooth, full-bodied cup, heady with toasty, spicy hints. A dried fruit sweetness lingers in the finish, balanced by a dry hint of red wine.

I'm intrigued...
