Color request for Temptations Floral Lace

Love temptations and have a few pieces - but would love to have many more. I'm honestly not an "old world" gal, prefer the medallion and floral lace.

I think I'm not alone in asking for a new color in your line - Purple! Plum, Eggplant, Aubergine - any shade of dark purple but NOT a pastel (IE lavender). Deep rich plum colors would be stunning in your line of floral lace !

Please, Please, Please consider this color in future offerings - it would be perfect for fall -hint hint!

Re: Color request for Temptations Floral Lace

When they came out with the figural floral bakers around October, I heeard Tara say something that makes perfect sense sInce I've done ceramics before- dark purple is an extremely hard color to get right. I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

would love to see floral lace in blue without the brown trim. To me it takes away from the dishes..Maybe solid blue in place of brown with white dot around edging or white or cream trim with blue dots. Please think about it. Until, i probably won't be getting anymore floral lace. love it but still faithful to old world blue.

I forgot to thank you Tara for all the wonderful pieces you've done and met so many needs. I've been with you since your first airing on qvc. I have so many of your dishes and some 5 sets of the ones I love. I do alot of cooking for groups and church functions. Thank you again for a wonderful product.

I heard her say this too. I wish we could read into that statement better. It could mean that they are working on it and haven't gotten it right yet, or be the excuse as to why we will never see that color. I guess there is always hope for the future.

I heard Tara say this too. Its a shame bc the purple is so beautiful. She said it's very difficult when firing in the kiln to keep the color consistantcy. I LOVE that "Violet" 13x9 dish! Gorgeous. Been on waitlist forever for this.

I second and third that motion. I'm a purple kinda girl too. I would love to see a grape color. I love bright colors. Dark purple would be my elegant pieces. Anything purple would be great, so long as the trim in at awful brown. I did see the presentation on the figural floral and the colors were stunning. Purple with lime isn't too bad. They had good combo of eggplant purple with bright green.

me too. When it first came out I thought I would buy some as it looked beautiful but then examined it more closely and noticed the brown --it was a spoiler for me.

Re: Color request for Temptations Floral Lace

I have purple stoneware from Marshall's and the color is perfect. I do have 1 or 2 sets from Tara with nice painting and they may have been called lilac, but they are more of a purple and embossed with the old world pattern. They look great and they are from maybe 3 or so years ago. Re: Floral Lace--I have not purchased partly because I really dislike that brown trim. Also, none of the current colors match my kitchen.
