Coleslaw mix question

we are having bbq sandwiches tonight and for something different I decided to put coleslaw mix on the top...the only problem is we don't like the mix out of the bag, we like it 'wilted' but I don't know what to use to wilt it without using dressing. Could I possibly boil it?

any help is greatly appreciated.
