LOL!!! When my dad was in rehab before he passed away he told the nurse there not to bother him in the morning until after he had 2 cups of coffee to drink. He told them he was not doing a ****** thing & did not want to see anyone until he's had his coffee. 

They kept bringing him 1 cup. Guess he had to set them straight.

I don't drink coffee. Maybe if I did I would not still be sitting here at 11:30 AM trying to wake up.

My Hamilton Beach Electric Percolator broke 3 weeks ago. I've had several brands of electric percolators, including Farberware. They now break after 3 to 8 months. So - I've been dragging myself around the house. A couple of days ago, I went to the small Walmart nr my house and bought their brand Classic Roast Instant Coffee. Now I'm awake. I didn't have instant coffee for 40 yrs.

Bed/Bath closed near my house -- so now I have to drive further to the Bed/Bath in Ventura to return the useless percolator - not convenient for me.

I may just buy a stove-top percolator. Done with the electric ones.

I need 2 good-sized cups of HOT coffee in the morning (black) - that's it for the day. I'm in Oxnard (southern calif) -- where the fires are burning several hours west of me --- and several hours east. Feels like all the fresh air was sapped out --- add to that - not having real coffee in a few weeks. Not a happy camper.
