Coconut cake recipe request

On Mothers' Day when David called his Mom he asked what her favorite food she remembered her mom made. She said it was a coconut cake ,and he agreed that it was just wonderful!! Has he ever posted the recipe? I don't see it with his list of recipes, but I don't follow the twitter or facebook entries, so I thought I'd see if any of you helpful posters had it. I love coconut cake, and am always looking for great recipes!! TIA!!
