I realized that QVC will have something from Circulon as a special value on Wednesday.  I needed cookware for  induction cooking and it was hard to find a set that didn't cost a fortune.  So I found a set of Circulon Symmetry at Macy's that has very good reviews on their website as well as at Ammazon.  Went ahead and ordered it Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I think I got a good deal.  $299.00 with 15% off plus another 3 piece set for free and free shipping. It arrived Friday and it is beautiful.

I am now wondering if I should have waited until Wednesday and see if QVC is going to offer a set that can be used on induction cooktops.

Compare the two, and order/keep the one you like best. The beauty of store return policies.

@Nightowlz

@Tigriss

Thank you for your reply.  This is a similar set.  I didn't get the cookie sheets, but got an 8" frying pan and a 1 qt little pot.  Plus the bonus of a 4 qt covered sauce pan and a 10 " everyday pan for a total of $270 with tax.

But the Q price will probably be very good for a TSV.

I didn't think hard anodized would work with induction?  I didn't think any aluminum was magnetic?????

No it does not work on induction. A magnet will not stick to my hard anodized cookware.

This particular set - Circulon Symmetry - does work with induction cooking.  The magnet sticks.  Other Circulon sets do not work on induction cooktops.

This is the set I got - slightly different.

Circulon Symmetry Chocolate 3 Piece Cookware Set

Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard Anodized Nonstick 11-Piece Cookware Set

The two pieces on top were the bonus pieces.

That brown color is really beautiful.  It's a deep rich chocolate color with bronce highlights.

I thought I would give the 8 qt pot away because it's too big, but it's downright cute so I am keeping it for the time being.

From what I learned from the instructions and reviews is that this cookware is allergic to fat; e.g., cooking bacon, fatty burgers, butter, oil.  The nonstick will get compromised.  So, tonight I will make scrambled eggs using absolutely no fat.  The food is supposed to just fall out.

I will get another pan for when I want to make bacon and eggs.  Don't really want my eggs without butter.
