They didn't rise as much as I would've liked, probably because of the instructions to cover them with a damp towel. I've never done that before. Normally, I cover dough with a dry towel or plastic wrap.
Still, DH gave them the seal of approval.
I baked them about 20 minutes at 375°
Here's a pic of some DH made on a baking sheet. They are way too big IMO. That looks like what they call a Honey Bun?
