Yeah, on this DDD everyone pronounced it the same way, which is what led me to think, aha! ..."regional"....this has been enlightening.... Sometimes I hear how they say the word "Worcestershire" or how some pronounce "paprika" .... "Pappereeka", and I get curious

We tend to think we Californians have "no accent", but, like, hey! We know totally for sure that isn't so, huh?

As far as I am concerned, Giada deLaurentiis has cornered the market on accents.  Half the time I am like "when did we start pronouncing (insert word) like that?" . . . Woman Frustrated

 

And ps, I personally find Worcestershire completely unpronouncable . . . Woman Wink
