Chipolte's Cauliflower Rice

I tried something different at Chipolte the other day and it was pretty good.   I normally get the bowl with chicken, brown rice, cheese, salsa and corn.  Minus the beans (you can assume why)

 

They have cilantro lime cauliflower rice now as one of the options instead of rice.   So I tried it instead and I really liked the flavor and saved a few carbs at the same time.  If anyone is on the fence about trying it I would say it's worth the extra 2 dollar charge.

I haven't been to Chipotle's in a while. That sounds good.
