Cool, @violann!  Must be rich and satisfying.

Love anything that comes together quick.

I enjoy adding the curry taste and extra health benefits to chicken soups, especially when I'm under the weather.

'McCormick Gourmet Natural Curry Powder' (regular heat) is especially savory - maybe you'd like to try it in your own creation?

Great idea!!!!! It's a little flat ( I try to stay low salt and curry would be perfect!) so I'm going to give it a try.

@violann:

Thank you! Let me know if it brighten things up a bit.  8)

McCormick and others have spicier versions if you enjoy and can tolerate the heat.

Good on you watching your intake; I've had to be low-sodium since developing high blood pressure at 19.

It's great that herbs and spices can enhance food so well you don't even miss the salt.

But when I do use or add it, I like the richer flavor of Himalayan pink sea salt.

A smaller amount is needed, and it has healthy mineral benefits.

A fave of mine and others if you're interested - just Google for vendors:

'FunFresh Foods Reduced Sodium Himalayan Pink Sea Salt'

They also make a regular version.
