Chia Seeds

I was just wondering{#emotions_dlg.confused1} I am seeing more and more recipes with chia seeds, and all I can think of is those ever popular Chia Pets, and grazing over their heads{#emotions_dlg.w00t} Has anyone tried these, and if so........what is the tast like or similiar to.........minus the terra cottaWink
