For the past few years, I have purchased my mom the buttercream frosted cut-outs (she really likes them). I could always gauge the price as each cookie was around $1.00. Thus, if I purchased a 36-count order, it would be around $36.00.
I am online doing some holiday shopping and...holy buttercream! The 36-count arrangement is now $66.99. That comes out to $1.86 per COOKIE. I think they are trying to compensate by throwing all the cookies in a basket (which probably cost $3.00 and I could do without).
I am looking on the Cheryl's site to see if there are any better deals...
