Hi sharke,

Pulled out my Mary Beth cookbooks and she has several fudge recipes in both of them.   Which fudge is the best?? I have a weakness for fudge and would love to try it out.

thanks in advance

When I saw Chef Tony’s book, I didn’t even wait for the presentation. Ordered it immediately. I love ❤️ him. He’s always so humble & respectful of others. Great to see his book sell out. Looking forward to receiving.

Is Mary Beth’s book still available?

Last time I saw it was over in Amazon

I have found both of her books on Amazon, could you tell me which one is the right one for the fudge recipe? Those books were released before I was a fan of QVC. Thank you!

Mary Beth's Fudge

1 can sweet condensed milk

12 oz bag choc chips (either choc I use milk choc)

12 oz bag of butterscotch chips

1 cup minature marshmallows

1/2 teas. salt

1 1/2 teas. vanilla

3/4 cup nuts

Melt chips into condensed milk. Stir in van., salt, and nuts

Add marshmallows and stir. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan

Chill till set

pretty thick , I add just a teaspoon of water to thin it out then pour out

I do chill it, then once it's solid you can leave out to room temp
